How is the course structured?
February 3rd, 10th & 17th (one week break on Feb 24th)
Week 1 - Generosity Giving selfless service or volunteer work
Week 2 - Ethic / Righteousness Are your feelings, emotions, thoughts, words and actions in alignment with each other?
Week 3 - Solitude Spending alone time for regular basis
March 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th (one week break on March 31st)
Week 4 - Daring - Habit of being true to yourself Saying “Yes” to your inner voice or trusting your intuition needs courage, confidence & persistence. Standing up for your truth will bring you inner peace and freedom
Week 5 - Expand your consciousness through 3 habits 1) innocent listening, 2) pure observation, 3) de-identified contemplation
Week 6 - Inside & outside is one The whole Universe is within me. The outer world is always reflecting what is happening in your inner world.
Week 7 - Mirror principle What is triggering you outside? What you are seeing in others which is trigger you is you. Everything you think true is true, till you know that it is not true.
April 7th, 14th & 21st
Week 8 - Anitcha - Everything is impermanent
Week 9 - Dukha - Suffering comes from attachment or clinging to things.
Week 10 - Anatta - There is no “I” or "ego". There is only love. Love is in me and ALL around me.
