Nandar Matari
Nandar is an experienced meditation teacher and sought-after speaker who has been practicing meditation for more than 30 years, born and raised in Myanmar (Burma). Her deep childhood traumas motivated her to learn Vipassana mindfulness meditation from the Buddhist monks and meditation masters since she was 16 years old.

Mediation helped her healed her emotional pains, depression and boosted self-confidence resulted in her successful careers as an English Teacher in Myanmar, later her career in financial services in Germany.
After further study in other mind, body, and spirit techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as well as many years of training in meditation practices, Nandar started teacher her team members to meditated in 2010.
Amid of his midlife crisis, she realized that she needed to follow her passion of teaching mediation and commenced her career as a Meditation Teacher since 2014 March.
Nandar created 15-minutes guided meditation and she witnessed the profound healings and mental changes when people get in touch with their own true essence of who they are through meditation and learning universal laws.
Her students report more joy and better physical and mental health, experience less stress and anxiety, and they make greater strides in their careers — all due to the clarity of mind and behavior & mindset shift through learning universal laws and mindfulness skills they receive from their daily meditation practices.
She created the Matari Meditation Method™ to help ambitious leaders achieve more in their lives and careers through powerful meditations that quickly produce tangible results, such as an increase in sales and better personal & professional relationships.
Nandar is a consummate world traveler who currently resides in Zurich, Switzerland.

William Bolls is a real estate agent in New York City and the president of BNI Chapter 53 in NYC for the past 11 years. In 2020 he and his husband decided to relocate full-time to Litchfield County, CT, providing access to nature and calm. He has been a daily meditator since 2018 and passionate
to share his experiences on how to develop intuition to make important life and business decisions.

Sue Sacco is a corporate executive turned small business owner in the Promotional products business. She always follows her inner voice, focused on living a life honoring her most authentic self. Being a constant student of change and growth, Sue is trained as a Meditation Teacher, who has mastered the art of “feeling the fear and doing it anyway”. She would like to share her wisdom and knowledge of meditation and mindfulness practice in the corporate realm.

Michael Germano is a Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) who sharpened his skills at Citigroup for over a decade and currently engages as Senior Vice President - Wealth Manager at Steward Partners Global Advisory. He loves leading family oriented and wellness-centered lives. His constant personal development approaches led him to deepen his mindfulness and meditation practice in the past 4 years with Nandar. After experiencing many physical, emotional and mental breakthroughs, he learned to lead meditation and is eager to share his experiences with executives and professionals.
JENNIFER TREPECK

Jennifer Trepeck is an Optimal Health Coach, Podcaster and Business Consultant. After graduating from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Jenn launched her health coaching practice on the side, while working full time in hedge funds. After over a decade of coaching clients, Jenn started "Salad with a Side of Fries Podcast" to help pay it forward and reach a larger audience to teach nutrition education. She is a serious mediator since 2019 and she wants to share the magic of enfolding things with least effort through meditation and mindfulness practices.
